TIM NEUFER
PROJECT ARCHITECT
As a project architect, Tim is involved with projects from notice to proceed through project completion and close-out. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in all aspects of architectural design; however, his real niche is in the construction documents and construction administration phases of the project. He excels in composing thorough and detailed drawings sets in addition to providing comprehensive construction administration services.
Tim’s path to be becoming an architect is directly related to growing up working summers for his father’s building company. At an early age he developed an “always thinking” attitude by watching tradesman identify and solve issues in the field. As a carpenter’s son, he developed an interest in how the parts of a building went together and contributed to the final product. He has brought the numerous lessons learned growing up to the field of architecture and the next generation of architects. Outside of the office Tim enjoys renovating his soon to be 100-year old home and attending motorsport events.
