STEPHANIE PETERS
ASSOCIATE & PROJECT ARCHITECT
What Stephanie loves about architecture is how the universal impact of the built environment can shape how we work, live, feel, and play. Throughout her significant experience with complex building types ranging from libraries to large scale higher education buildings and hospitals, Stephanie has enjoyed the way architectural practice combines the creative and technical aspects of design.
As an associate of the firm, Stephanie oversees the firm’s Building Information Modeling standards, but also participates in how they are enacted through drawing coordination, maintenance of Revit models, and the creation of schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Stephanie is also responsible for the organization of HBM’s mentorship program. As she notes when we invest the time to listen, we foster growth, and increase confidence in our design staff. This program also supports staff through the process of obtaining licensure and continuing professional development.
