The new Maitland Library will be a key civic and cultural hub located in Quinn Strong Park, adjacent to City Hall and other landmarks. Its design fuses mid-century modern, Florida modern, and Mayan influences, drawing inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright. The library will feature vibrant community spaces, a children's library, and adult collections, while also integrating services from the former senior center. The park itself will be reimagined with event spaces, a sensory garden, and gathering areas.
