Project Architect:
Location - Cleveland, OH

A minimum of 5 years of experience

Architectural license preferred

Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture (accredited degree program required)

The ideal candidate will have relevant built work experience

Strong technical project detailing and documentation skills

Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCad, Sketch-up Adobe Suites, and Microsoft Office Suites

Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently

Ability to create concept designs
-
Proficiency in documenting all phases of the design process
-
Construction administration experience is preferred
-
Excellent graphic and verbal communication skills
-
Exceptional client service orientation and relationship building skills
Responsibilities may include:
-
Work closely with the project principal, project designer and project manager in each phase of the project delivery process
-
Responsible for leading a project team through the coordination and delivery of project detailing and documentation. Oversee work of junior and intern architects
-
Responsible for coordination of engineering and other consultants
-
Contribute to all aspects and phases of the architectural design process
-
Assist in creating project schedules and budgets
-
Attend project meetings
-
Maintain and organize project files
-
Travel to and from project and client meetings as required
-
May also include national travel
Construction Administrator:
Location - Cleveland, OH or Remote
-
A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction services, administrative support, contract administration, or construction project management and a firm grasp of construction industry best practices is crucial
-
Understanding of the construction industry and processes are beneficial- including codes, AIA documentation, and safety regulations
-
Basic accounting, bookkeeping, and math skills are desired
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project or construction management software
-
Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills are valuable
-
Assist HBM’s project teams with the construction administration scope of work on public projects across the country. This position will require the candidate to travel within the continental United States.

Excellent communication skills and a track record of optimizing processes for Construction Administration
-
High school diploma or equivalent is required – some college highly preferred
